ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Operate office machines, such as copiers and scanners, voicemail systems, and personal computers.
Answer telephone calls and take messages.
Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, explain information, and address possible complaints.
Maintain and update filing, inventory, and mailing.
Compile, copy, sort and file office records.
Assist HR Manager in Recruiting process if necessary.
Assist in perfecting HR processing as necessary.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential duties satisfactorily:
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures provided by Company in employee manual.
Strong computer skills to include excel spreadsheets, MS Word, and Power Point.
Strong communication skills.
Aptitude in problem-solving.
Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.
Must be able to problem solve and execute solutions.
Must exhibit teamwork.
Must possess integrity.
Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
