We design, manufacture, and install well construction, completion, and artificial lift products for onshore and offshore operators worldwide.
We are currently on the hunt for an experienced Customer Order Processor at our shop in Mineral Wells, TX! Are you an organized, multitasking, roll up your sleeves and get the job done person? This may be the job for you! Read below to find out more! Job Duties:
Be responsible for received orders within the ERP system.
Communicate with customers after receiving the order to plan timeframes, and delivery dates Data entry into ERP system regarding orders or updates to orders Examine documents, materials, or products and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.
Monitoring and reviewing information from people, materials, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems.
Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Work with production team to evaluate and solve any problems that may arise Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with customers and maintains them over time.
Ability to work in a highly dynamic team and fast-paced environment with continuous challenges.
Confer with establishment personnel, vendors, or customers to coordinate production or shipping activities and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays.
Willing to cross train with the production team to work together Knowledge of typical ERP system capabilities, inputs, and outputs.
- Macola is a plus!! Overall mechanical and assembly aptitude with the ability to problem solve.
PC skills is a must, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
Attention to detail and quality control, keeping customer satisfaction as the top priority.
