Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and text messages - Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Assist with clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing - Maintain a clean and organized reception area Skills:
- Computer literacy - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping - Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner We are excited to bring a new employee into our office.
We are a small office but we are growing quickly.
As of right now, your schedule would be 3 days a week with possibly more hours.
We have 2 locations, Weatherford and Mineral Wells, you will be required to travel to both.
Pay will be discussed at interview.
