Casual work attire Safe work environment On-the-job training Our hotel is looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team.
Our Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting and interacting with guests as well as supporting administrative tasks.
The right candidate will be familiar with common customer service methods and technology, comfortable working in a busy fast-paced environment and able to use their knowledge of the local area to answer questions.
We're looking for friendly individual who has a passion for hospitality and enjoys working with people from all walks of life.
Shifts:
We are offering three full 8 hour shifts and possibly two 4 hour shifts.
Main shift will be Sunday mornings 7am to 3pm.
Other shifts will be in the afternoon 3pm to 11pm.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and distribute room keys.
Direct guests to appropriate operating systems, including their location in the hotel and how to operate them.
Provide relevant information about the hotel (e.
g.
, dining and entertainment options).
Answer questions about hotel services and facilities.
Perform basic troubleshooting of guest room television and telephone problems involving guest room equipment or housekeeping staff.
Provide physical access to guest rooms.
