The Industrial Process Filtration Division is currently looking for a full time Human Resources Manager. This position would be based at the headquarters in Mineral Wells, Texas and report to the Group HR Manager for the Process Filtration Platform. The position will be the on-site HR business partner for the Mineral Wells location as well as few remote manufacturing locations. The incumbent will have responsibility for planning, developing and implementing a variety of human resource functions to support the attainment of the facility/department goals and objectives. The HR Manager will also assist in the resolution of human resource issues and promote enhanced organizational efficiency, communication and understanding. Essential Functions - Take an active role in understanding business issues.  Recommend and develop approaches and programs to address those challenges. - Lead and manage the HR team to ensure achievement of departmental and Divisional goals. - Recruit, hire and develop hourly and salaried personnel. - Direct the administration of workers' compensation, wage and salary, benefits, 401(k) and pension plans. - Direct compliance with regulatory agencies, i.e.: OSHA, EEOC. - Assist in the coordination of the safety program. - Explain and administer company policies and procedures including participation Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline - Minimum of five years human resource experience as a business partner in a majority of the functional areas described, preferably in a manufacturing environment - Previous experience in leadership role - Ability to demonstrate business acumen in new employee orientation. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
