Aftermarket Supervisor

Essential Functions To direct and coordinate the operation and proper use, allocation and management of all Elements fabrication departments' employees, manufacturing equipment and tools, and other resources to ensure that established processes and procedures are followed to safely, expeditiously and efficiently produce a quality product while meeting production and shipment plans. Responsibilities The duties include all those associated with all Elements fabrication departments' Lead Person positions, plus the following: o Direct and coordinate department work schedules and assignments to meet current and projected Elements production and shipping requirements. o Review and distribute jobs orders to applicable departments. o Review drawings and job routings for accuracyo Coordinate material and parts availability, as required. o Coordinate movement of products from production to inspection. o Check quality of work performed by subordinates. o Ensure that production records are maintained and updated . o Implement and maintain cost reduction, 5S, lean and production flow improvements. o Assess, evaluate, plan and coordinate production facility layout for optimal efficiency. o Ensure new employees receive adequate, timely and progressive training; and department members are cross-trained, as required. o Establish, direct and coordinate employee job training based on annual training plan . o Conduct timely and effective employee evaluation and mentoring programs. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position is responsible for supervising non-exempt hourly lead persons and non-exempt hourly employees. Qualifications The minimum qualifications required include, but may not be limited to, the following: o At least 5-10 years' experience in a manufacturing/fabrication environment, including Lead Person or supervisory responsibilities. o Meet the qualifications and perform the functions of Element fabrication departments' Lead Persons o Experience with Microsoft Office products and MRP/ERP systems. o Ability to supervise a team and maintain a team-oriented environment. o Ability to teach, train, assess, counsel and mentor others. o Knowledge of metal working and textile machinery, and element product production, preferred. o Ability to read and understand blueprints. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE o Industrial Engineering Degree or equivalent. o Related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
